Most commissions require 8-14 weeks from design approval to delivery. Rush orders may be possible for an additional fee, but we encourage allowing adequate time for proper creation and firing processes.
We ship throughout Canada and to the United States. International shipping to other countries is evaluated on a case-by-case basis due to customs and breakage concerns.
Absolutely. We encourage potential clients to visit and see our spaces, meet artisans, and handle finished pieces. Please schedule in advance as workshops are not always staffed.
We can work to match or complement existing ceramic collections. Bring photos and measurements, or if possible, a physical example. Exact matching of glaze colors can be challenging due to firing variables, but we can achieve close approximations.
Most functional pieces are dishwasher safe, though hand washing extends their lifespan. Microwave safety depends on glaze composition and will be specified for each commission. Decorative pieces may have different care requirements.
